StanoDom is a catalogue of properties sold at public auction: apartments, houses and land offered by banks, courts and state agencies. We collect listings from the official portals (for example FINA in Croatia, court auctions in France and Italy, e-Leilões in Portugal) and show them in one place, translated and on a map.

For every property we show the starting price, price per square metre, estimated value and a link to the original listing, where the official auction terms are published.

Data is refreshed regularly. StanoDom is not a party to any auction and does not broker sales.
